The big goal was to establish an integrated IT Operations and Cybersecurity program that offers students a seamless pathway to obtain an associate's degree and secure lucrative employment in high-demand fields, all without incurring any costs. This pathway not only fast-tracked students into the workforce but also laid a clear foundation for pursuing a four-year degree.
The Indianapolis team has diligently worked on this comprehensive program, merging secondary and postsecondary education. Upon completion of Year 13, students will have the chance to earn an associate degree. Furthermore, various delivery models, such as the dual credit program, early college, accelerated programs, and Modern Apprenticeship (MAP) provided students with expanded opportunities to enhance their education and career prospects.
